Accompanying Persons:

Accompanying person(s) fees cover the welcoming reception, coffee breaks, and the banquet. The cost of the excursion will be the same as that for registrants. Please indicate the number of tickets required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to two months prior to the start of the conference will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Less than two months will result in a 50% charge.
